The 6ix Media Solutions Inc. is a Canada-based performance marketing company focused on scaling high-quality US lead generation campaigns across multiple verticals, including Insurance, Refinance, Finance, Debt, Payday Loans, Education, Home Services, Biz Op, VSL, and related performance marketing offers.
We are looking for a Lead Performance Media Buyer with strong hands-on experience in US lead generation.
This is not a basic campaign management role. We are looking for someone who can launch offers from scratch, test new campaigns, identify winning angles, optimize performance, and scale profitable campaigns.
The main focus of this role will be to validate new campaigns, find profitable opportunities, and build a clear path for scaling successful campaigns across the media buying team.
Key Responsibilities
• Launch, test, manage, optimize, and scale US lead generation campaigns
• Test current offers, angles, creatives, funnels, and traffic sources
• Build profitable campaigns from scratch and identify winning strategies
• Manage campaigns across Meta, News Break,



and other paid traffic platforms
• Analyze performance based on CPC, CPL, CTR, CVR, EPC, ROI, lead quality, and advertiser feedback
• Monitor campaign economics and make data-driven decisions on scaling, pausing, or optimizing campaigns
• Understand Red Track reporting, attribution, postback flow, and tracking logic
• Ensure campaigns follow advertiser compliance and traffic quality requirements
• Document clear learnings from tests so winning campaigns can be scaled further
Required Experience
• 5+ years of hands-on performance media buying experience
• Proven experience running US lead generation campaigns
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta/Facebook Ads is required
• Experience with News Break is highly preferred
• Experience with Snapchat, Tik Tok, Native, Display, or Google is a strong plus
• Good hands-on experience with Red Track is required
• Strong understanding of tracking links, postbacks, pixe
