Security Manager
The role is responsible for developing, implementing, and enforcing security policies and procedures, conducting comprehensive risk assessments, and ensuring a protected and secure environment. The position oversees security personnel, monitors security systems, manages incident response and investigations, and ensures compliance with all applicable safety and security regulations, standards,



and best practices.
Requirements
Degree/diploma in Security Management with relevant certifications in safety and risk management
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in hospitality security, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role within luxury hotels or resorts
Proven pre-opening experience in a large-scale resort is essential
Strong leadership, crisis management, and coordination skills with local authorities are key to ensuring a safe and secure workplace for guests and associates
A hands-on leader with excellent team management skills
