Key Responsibilities:
✅ Set up and scale micro-fulfillment centers / dark stores
✅ Lead warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics planning
✅ Drive WMS implementation and process automation
✅ Optimize last-mile delivery and supply chain efficiency
✅ Develop SOPs and operational excellence frameworks
✅ Build and manage high-performing operations teams
What We're Looking For:
✔ 5–8+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse Operations, or Fulfillment Management
✔ Experience in dark store, quick-commerce, e-commerce,
or micro-fulfillment operations preferred
✔ Solid understanding of WMS, inventory controls, and warehouse setup
✔ Proven ability to lead projects from concept to execution
✔ Engineering or Operations Management background preferred
