Role Summary -
The Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of OT SOC/NOC implementation projects across control centres, substations, plants, utilities, oil & gas, and critical infrastructure environments. The role requires strong project management discipline, PMP-based execution capability,



and practical understanding of OT cybersecurity implementation in brownfield and greenfield environments.
Key Responsibilities -
Lead project planning, kick-off, mobilization, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Review tender/contract scope, BOQ, technical specifications, milestones, risks, dependencies, and acceptance criteria.
Prepare and manage project schedule, resource plan, communication matrix, risk register, issue tracker, and progress reports.
Coordinate with customer, OEMs, subcontractors, internal engineering teams, site teams, and management.
Manage implementation of OT SOC/NOC components including SIEM, SOAR, IDS/NDR, log collectors, VA, EDR/HIPS, NMS, ITSM, firewalls, routers, switches, servers, storage, backup, patch management, IAM, and data diode solutions.
Oversee site surveys, engineering, HLD/LLD, integration design, FAT, installation, commissioning, SAT, SAVT, training, and final handover.
