Role Objective
To lead and manage the residential interior design team, ensure projects are delivered on time, maintaining design quality, coordinating with sales and execution teams and ensuring client satisfaction from design concept to production handover.
Key Responsibilities
1. Team Management
Allocate projects among designers based on workload and expertise.
Conduct KT (Knowledge Transfer) meetings after project handover from Sales.
Review daily tasks and monitor team productivity.
Conduct weekly performance reviews and training sessions.




Ensure adherence to company SOPs and timelines.
2. Client Coordination
Participate in design discussions and significant client meetings.
Support designers in resolving client queries and revisions.
Ensure proper communication and documentation with clients.
Escalate scope changes or design concerns to management.
3. Design Planning & Quality Control (QC)
Review layouts, concepts, renders, and material selections.
Ensure functionality, aesthetics, and budget compliance.
Verify all dimensions and technical details before final approval.
Approve drawings before handover to production.
4. Coordination with Other Departments
Coordinate with Sales for project requirements and client expectations.
Coordinate with Production and Execution teams for feasibility.
Coordinate with Procurement for material specifications.
Support Accounts team for payment-related approvals before production.
