Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced project manager to lead Amazon Connect implementation projects. The ideal candidate will manage project planning, stakeholder communication, timelines, budgets, risks, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of cloud contact center solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end Amazon Connect implementation projects.
- Manage project schedules, milestones, budgets, and resources.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and QA teams.
- Track project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
- Facilitate project meetings, status reporting, and executive updates.
- Ensure successful deployment, testing, training, and go-live activities.
Required Skills:
- 8+ years of Project Management experience.
- Experience managing contact center or cloud implementation projects.
- Knowledge of Amazon Connect, AWS services, Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Robust stakeholder management and communication skills.
