About the role
The Senior Graphic Designer at Qniverse leads visual design across branding, marketing, and client-facing output. You'll combine robust creative vision with hands-on execution — shaping how Qniverse looks and feels across every touchpoint, from social media to boardroom pitch decks, while mentoring junior designers and upholding quality standards across a fast-moving, multi-brand environment.
What you'll do
Design & creative leadership
Own the conceptualisation and delivery of creative output across digital and print, from initial brief to final asset
Maintain and evolve Qniverse's brand identity across all brands, platforms, and regions
Translate business, marketing, and client briefs into visually compelling, strategically aligned designs
Review junior designers' work and deliver structured, constructive feedback that raises the quality bar
Marketing & digital
Design social media creatives, website visuals, banners, presentations, brochures, and campaign assets
Partner with marketing, HR,



and leadership on internal and external communications
Support employer branding, hiring campaigns, and corporate announcements
Client & business support
Produce professional client-facing materials , pitch decks, proposals, case studies, and reports to international quality standards
Adapt designs for different platforms, audiences, and markets as required
Process & collaboration
Manage multiple projects concurrently without compromising on deadlines or quality
Work closely with content, development, and marketing teams for cohesive output
Identify and advocate for improvements to design workflows, tools, and creative processes
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
4–6+ years of professional design experience, ideally in a tech, IT, or agency setting
Expert-level Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design) wit
