Job Title: SEO & Content Marketing Specialist

About the Role
We’re looking for a performance-oriented SEO & Content Marketing Specialist who understands the depth of SEO beyond keywords and backlinks. This role requires someone who can combine content creation, technical SEO, and strategic thinking to grow organic traffic, improve rankings, and drive conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- SEO Strategy & Execution: Own and execute a full-spectrum SEO strategy (on-page, off-page, and technical) to improve search rankings and visibility.
- Content Development: Write and optimize various types of content including:
- Blogs and long-form articles
- Email marketing content
- Newsletters
- Service and landing page content
- Keyword Research: Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify content opportunities, optimize existing assets, and map keywords to user intent and funnel stages.
- Advanced Link Building: Plan and execute white-hat link-building strategies such as outreach, digital PR, and creating link-worthy assets like data reports, infographics,



or original research.
- Technical SEO: Handle technical SEO aspects such as:
- Core Web Vitals optimization
- Robots.txt and sitemap management
- Crawl budget management
- Structured data/schema markup
- Internal linking and site architecture
- Trend & Algorithm Monitoring: Stay updated on Google algorithm changes, SEO trends, and AI-driven content tools.
- CMS & Publishing: Work with CMS platforms (Word Press/Webflow or others) to manage content and ensure SEO best practices are implemented.
- SEO Tools Mastery: Use and interpret tools like:
- SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog
- Google Search Console, Google Analytics
- Surfer SEO, Clearscope, and other AI-assisted writing platforms
- Performance Analysis: Use data to inform and iterate strategies. Create regular reports showing SEO growth, content performance, keyword ranking, and user engagement.
