We are looking for experienced professionals with a solid background in Automotive Direct Material Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Value Engineering, and Cost Reduction to join a leading Big 4 consulting firm.
Key Requirements:
4–10 years of experience in automotive procurement, sourcing, or cost optimization. Hands-on experience in direct material sourcing and supplier negotiations. Proven track record in value engineering, should-cost analysis, localization, and procurement cost reduction initiatives. Experience managing categories such as castings, forgings, machined parts, sheet metal, plastics, electronics, powertrain, chassis, or related automotive components. Strong understanding of automotive manufacturing processes and supplier management.
Experience with Automotive OEMs, Tier-1/Tier-2 suppliers, or consulting engagements in the automotive sector. Bachelor's degree in Engineering; MBA preferred. What You'll Do:
Lead strategic sourcing and category management initiatives. Drive value engineering and procurement cost optimization programs. Manage supplier development, negotiations, and performance improvement initiatives. Support automotive clients in procurement transformation and operational excellence programs.
