We are looking for a skilled Performance Marketer who can plan, run, optimize, and scale advertising campaigns on Meta platforms, including Facebook and Instagram. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in lead generation, conversion campaigns, audience targeting, ad testing, campaign analysis, and performance reporting.

The person will be responsible for managing paid campaigns with the goal of generating quality leads, improving conversion rates, reducing cost per lead, and maximizing return on ad spend.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads Manager.

Run campaigns for lead generation, website traffic, conversions, brand awareness, and retargeting.

Develop campaign strategies based on business goals, target audience, and budget.

Create and test different ad creatives, copies, hooks, CTAs, and audience segments.

Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize campaigns to improve CPL, CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate.

Manage campaign budgets and ensure effective spending across campaigns.





Set up and manage custom audiences, lookalike audiences, retargeting campaigns, and pixel-based tracking.

Coordinate with the creative and content teams for ad creatives, videos, landing pages, and campaign messaging.

Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports with insights and recommendations.

Track leads, conversions, and campaign performance through Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, CRM, or other tracking tools.

Stay updated with Meta advertising trends, platform changes, competitor strategies, and best practices.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.

Experience in running Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns.

Understanding of lead generation funnels and conversion optimization.

Ability to analyze campaign data and make performance-based decisions.

Knowledge of audience targeting, retargeting, lookalike audiences, and A/B testing.
