Role Overview

The Program Advisor plays a key role in student admissions by counseling prospective learners and guiding them through professional upskilling programs.

This is a consultative admissions and inside sales role,



where you will work with qualified inquiries, understand career goals, recommend suitable programs, and support candidates throughout the enrollment journey.

The role focuses on relationship building, structured follow-ups, and helping students confidently choose the right learning path.

Key Responsibilities

Student Counseling & Lead Management
Handle inbound and outbound student inquiries via calls, Whats App, email, and virtual counseling sessions. Understand candidate backgrounds, career goals, and learning objectives. Provide personalized guidance on suitable programs and career pathways. Program Advisory & Admissions Support
Explain course curriculum, learning outcomes, schedules, eligibility, and career support services. Help students understand program value and long-term career advantages. Guide candidates through application, documentation, and enrollment processes. Follow-Ups & Conversion Management
