Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Engagement Manager with robust Commerce delivery management expertise to lead enterprise digital commerce programs and client engagements. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale Commerce implementations, stakeholder relationships, delivery governance, and cross-functional global teams. Experience with Salesforce B2 B Commerce implementations is highly preferred.
This role requires a strategic thinker who can bridge business and technology, ensure successful program execution, drive customer satisfaction,



and identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end delivery of Commerce transformation programs for enterprise clients.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders, ensuring strong engagement and relationship management.
Lead multiple cross-functional delivery teams including business analysts, architects, developers, QA, and support teams.
Drive program governance including planning, risk management, budgeting, status reporting, and escalation management.
Ensure successful execution of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
Collaborate with client leadership teams to define roadmap, priorities, and delivery milestones.
Monitor delivery KPIs, SLAs, project financials, resource utilization, and overall account health.
Support pre-sales activities, solution discussions, estimations, and proposal creation.
