Role Description The Design and Development Engineer will be responsible for end-to-end design of mechanical products and systems, including concept development, detailed design, and preparation of engineering drawings and 3 D models. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vasai Virar, requiring close collaboration with production, quality, and procurement teams to ensure designs are manufacturable, cost-effective,



and aligned with client specifications. Day-to-day tasks include conducting design calculations, selecting materials and components, coordinating prototyping activities, and supporting testing and validation of new designs. The role involves participating in research and development initiatives, analyzing performance data, and implementing design improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency. The engineer will also support documentation, such as design reports, bill of materials, and technical specifications, and may interact directly with clients to clarify requirements and provide technical support.
