Role Description The Luxury Furniture Designer Head will lead the end-to-end design and development of high-end furniture collections that align with Della Group's brand, aesthetic, and quality standards. This full-time,



on-site role for Della Luxury Products based in Mumbai involves overseeing concept creation, design detailing, material selection, prototyping, and coordination with production, vendors, and cross-functional teams. The role includes mentoring and managing a design team, reviewing and approving design outputs, and ensuring all pieces meet functional, ergonomic, and luxury standards. The designer will collaborate closely with interior design, product development, marketing, and sales teams to create cohesive collections for residential, hospitality, and commercial projects. Day-to-day responsibilities also include monitoring trends in global furniture and luxury design, maintaining design timelines and budgets, and ensuring that product quality and craftsmanship meet premium brand expectations.
