Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Pune. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating and managing leads, conducting site visits, and presenting property options to prospective buyers, investors, and channel partners. The role includes understanding client needs, explaining project features, pricing, and payment plans, and guiding clients through the entire sales cycle, from initial inquiry to closing. The Sales Executive will maintain accurate records of inquiries, meetings, follow-ups using internal systems.



The role also involves coordinating with developers, internal teams, and marketing to ensure timely availability of project information, participating in promotional events, and providing regular reports on sales performance and market feedback.

Key Responsibilities
