What You'll Do
Own end-to-end implementation delivery for multiple concurrent customer engagements, from low-level design through customer sign-off.
Translate high-level designs handed over by the presales/solution architect team into detailed low-level designs within a five-working-day turnaround per customer.
Conduct internal and external kickoffs with customers and the presales team to align on scope, design, and delivery plan.
Plan and sequence work across parallel customer projects to maintain delivery throughput without compromising quality.
Drive automation across switch deployment, configuration rollouts, and repeatable site activities to scale implementation throughput.
Conduct customer workshops, CSAT meetings, and stakeholder reviews on-site at customer locations.
Improve internal LLD templates, runbooks, and operating procedures based on lessons learned across engagements.
Requirements
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in network engineering, with at least 3 years hands-on network and security implementation experience,



with multi-customer delivery (SI, OEM, or distributor background — not internal-only).
Robust hands-on with at least two of: Cisco firewalls, Fortinet Forti Gate, Palo Alto Networks.
Wi-Fi deployment expertise including active heat map surveys, post-deployment tuning, and coverage troubleshooting.
NAC implementation experience with HP Aruba Clear Pass or Cisco ISE.
SD-WAN and switching experience across HP Aruba and/or Cisco Meraki/Catalyst.
Demonstrated ability to write production-grade low-level designs within tight turnaround windows.
Customer-facing experience including workshops, design discussions, and CSAT engagements.
Good-to-Have
Cisco Umbrella, MFA solutions, and secure web gateway implementations.
Scripting/automation experience (Python, Ansible) for network deployment at scale.
Industry certifications such as CCNP, Aruba ACMP/ACMX, Palo Alto PCNSE.
