Education: BE/B Tech/BSC/MCA
Key Responsibilities:
Escalated Troubleshooting: Resolve connectivity issues (Switching, Wireless Controller, Access Point, VPN) escalated from L1 support.
Infrastructure Configuration: Configure and install network hardware including multilayer switches, and wireless access points.
Network Monitoring: Proactively monitor network performance, bandwidth utilization, and latency to identify and mitigate potential bottlenecks.
Security Management: Implement and manage routing table rules, ACLs, Wi-Fi and VPN tunnels to protect the network perimeter.
Documentation: Maintain up-to-date network diagrams, IP address schemes, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).




Patch Management: Execute firmware and software updates on network devices during scheduled maintenance windows.
Required Technical Skills:
Protocols: Proficiency in OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, STP, VLANs, and IPv4/IPv6 subnetting.
Hardware: Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, or Aruba networking equipment.
Tools: Experience of network monitoring tools such as Solar Winds, Site24, Wireshark, or PRTG and ITSM Tool (Ticketing Tool) like Manage Engine, Service Now, HP Openview, BMC Remedy.
