Hiring: Candidate for position of Administration & Business Operations Executive

NSK Home Products Pvt Ltd specializes in manufacturing handmade pickles, spices, sauces, and honeys, crafted using traditional recipes. We are looking for a dedicated Administrative & Business Development Assistant to manage daily operations and contribute to the growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities: Administrative Duties:
- Oversee daily administrative operations, including invoicing, commercial transactions, and tax/legal compliance.
- Handle government-related processes, including GST, Income Tax, FSSAI, ESI, PF, Labor, and Company Law matters.
- Maintain records and reports using Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets.
- Maintain inventory records and stock reconciliation.
- Working knowledge of Tally and basic accounting procedures.
Business Development & Sales:
- Manage e-commerce and offline sales operations, including product listing, order processing, and dispatch coordination.
- Oversee operations,



logistics and shipping to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Communicate with customers via email and phone in both English and Hindi.
- Build and maintain relationships with institutional customers, handling interactions in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Analyze sales, marketing, and financial reports to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and execute business development strategies across various platforms and through direct selling.
- Lead generation – Reach out to potential customers via Linked In, email, Whats App, and other digital/physical channels.
- Lead Conversion - Follow up leads and convert to sales
- Conversant with digital platforms and content creation
Candidate Profile:
- Robust administrative skills with prior experience in business operations and development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and email communication in business English.
