Role Overview
We are seeking a commercially driven Presales skilled to support Enterprise GTM initiatives across CPaa S, Email, and Digital Identity portfolios. This role involves enterprise solutioning, competitive positioning, POCs, RFP responses, and cross-functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Design scalable enterprise solutions across Messaging (SMS, Whats App, RCS), Voice, Email, Chatbots, and Digital Identity use cases.
Translate complex business requirements into technically feasible and commercially viable solutions.




Lead discovery workshops and technical consultations with enterprise customers.
Support Digital Identity use cases including OTP authentication, fraud prevention, number intelligence, and identity verification.
Drive Email solutioning including deliverability best practices, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, IP warm-up, and sender reputation management.
Partner with Sales teams to improve win ratios and accelerate deal closures.
Lead technical-commercial responses for RFP/RFQ opportunities.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to provide structured market feedback and feature enhancement inputs.
Benchmark against CPaa S and Digital Identity competitors and contribute to positioning strategies.
