Team Lead – Accounting & Finance

About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Executive – Accounting & Finance to join our growing finance team in Pune. This role is ideal for accounting professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused workplace and enjoy taking complete ownership of financial operations across multiple entities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, MIS preparation, month-end closures, and stakeholder management while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of financial information.
Qualifications Mandatory
- B. Com with CA Inter / CMA Inter
- 3–6 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, MIS, and Financial Reporting
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial controls
Preferred
- Experience working with international clients and multi-entity business structures
- Exposure to outsourced accounting, consulting, or client-service environments
Technical Skills Mandatory




- Hands-on experience with accounting software such as:
- Zoho Books
- Quick Books Online (QBO)
- Xero
- Sage
- Similar cloud-based accounting platforms
- Strong expertise in:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Bank & Balance Sheet Reconciliations
- Fixed Assets Accounting
- Revenue Recognition
- Experience managing month-end and year-end closing processes
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including:
- Pivot Tables
- Financial Analysis
- MIS Reporting
- Financial Modelling
Preferred
- Exposure to US GAAP, UK GAAP, or other international accounting standards
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting
- Knowledge of payroll review, indirect taxes, and statutory schedules
- Experience mentoring or reviewing work performed by junior team members
