- Lead assigned region(s) to deliver measurable success in their Marketing Activation initiatives
- Secure consistency in the activation strategy between Marketing Activation, Portfolio Management, and Brand & Strategy
- Ensure delivery of financial targets, including ROMI
YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO:
- Contribute to the central marketing campaign planning process (driven by Brand Strategy & Campaigns) and drive regional and country specific marketing campaign planning process, including development & execution
- Lead the development and implementation of the annual marketing activation/campaign plan following business, portfolio, and brand strategy
- Lead integration of customer input/segmentation into annual marketing campaign plans to maximize opportunities for customer acquisition, cross-sell/up-sell or retention
- Manage customer segmentation analyses to map out customer needs and buying processes to driv
