Tallento.ai is hiring for a leadership position with one of its esteemed clients. We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Business Head to lead business growth, operations, sales, and expansion initiatives across Tamil Nadu.
Experience : 10+ yrs
Base Location: Chennai
Compensation : Best in Industry
Qualification: MBA / B.tech Graduate
Preferred Industry Background: Education / FMCG
Key Responsibilities
• Drive overall business growth, revenue, and profitability for the Tamil Nadu region.
• Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve organizational objectives.
• Lead sales, business development, operations, and regional team management.
• Identify and capitalize on current market opportunities to expand business presence.
• Build and manage franchise, institutional, and strategic partnerships.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to drive growth initiatives.
• Ensure achievement of revenue targets,



operational excellence, and business KPIs.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to support long-term business expansion plans.
• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing regional teams.
Candidate Profile
• Proven experience in managing large-scale business operations and revenue responsibilities.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and team-building capabilities.
• Demonstrated success in driving business growth and market expansion.
• Excellent strategic planning, decision-making, and execution skills.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Experience in the Education, FMCG, Retail, or Consumer Services industry will be preferred.
• MBA from a reputed institute is highly desirable.
