Role Overview
We are looking for a growth-focused and business-oriented Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead Brick&Bolt;'s marketing function and drive the next phase of our scale-up journey. This role goes beyond traditional brand marketing. The CMO will be responsible for building a predictable lead generation engine, accelerating customer acquisition, driving revenue growth, strengthening brand leadership, and expanding market presence across multiple cities. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of scaling high-growth consumer internet, marketplace, prop-tech, real estate, home services,



or high-ticket transaction businesses.
Key Responsibilities.
- Own the company's customer acquisition and lead generation strategy across all channels
- Drive qualified lead volume, conversion rates, and revenue growth
- Build scalable acquisition engines across digital and offline channels
- Optimize marketing funnels to improve lead-to-sale conversion
- Drive continuous improvement in Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Cost Per Lead (CPL), and Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI)
- Develop city-wise demand generation strategies to support aggressive expansion plans
- Lead performance marketing initiatives across Google, Meta, You Tube, Programmatic, Affiliate, and emerging channels.
- Scale paid acquisition while maintaining efficiency and profitability.
- Build attribution models and performance dashboards to track marketing effectiveness.
- Drive SEO, SEM, content marketing, CRM, email marketing, and market
