Job Description:
We are looking for a highly experienced SAP Success Factors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Solution Architect to lead end-to-end payroll architecture, design, implementation, and governance across global payroll programs. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in SAP Payroll/ECP, EC–ECP integration, payroll configuration, and enterprise-level stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities:
Expert SAP Knowledge.
Deep, hands‑on experience in SAP Payroll / ECP across global payroll models.
Expertise in schemas,



PCRs, wage type rules, retro logic, clusters, off‑cycle payroll, PCC, and payroll driver logs.
Robust understanding of country‑specific statutory rules and localization features.
Integration & Technical Leadership
Extensive experience in EC–ECP integration architecture, BIB governance, IDoc/API-based integrations, and replication monitoring.
Ability to guide technical teams in debugging ABAP payroll logic, enhancements, user exits, and custom payroll functions.
Strong knowledge of payroll data models, master data frameworks, and cross‑module dependencies.
