We are seeking an HR & Accounts Associate to support our growing operations and affiliated businesses
within the group. This role offers exposure to recruitment, human resources, accounts administration, payroll coordination, and business operations in a dynamic entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
• Coordinate recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate
communication.
• Assist with onboarding and employee documentation.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Track attendance, leave records, and probation periods.
• Coordinate with management on staffing requirements and workforce planning.
• Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions and placement cells.
Accounts




• Maintain records of expenses, invoices, and vendor payments.
• Assist with bookkeeping and accounts administration.
• Coordinate payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
• Support GST, statutory, and compliance-related documentation in coordination with external professionals.
• Assist with budgeting, reporting, and operational record-keeping.
Eligibility
• B. Com, BBA, M. Com, MBA (HR), MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualifications.
• Freshers with robust communication and organizational skills are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in HR, accounts, administration, recruitment, or related functions
will be preferred.
