Education ​: BE Mechanical, CIPET preferred,
Mfg Exp ​: Wide web flexo printing on PE film
Machines to handle and technical know-how about;
• Stack Flexi – 6 Colour
• Plate Mounting Machines
• Anilox Cleaning Machines
• Plate Washer Machines
• Shade Matching – Ink Kitchen knowledge
Administrative
• Preparing pending order list as per indent.
• Daily production planning.
• Daily manpower management as per production through the supervisor.
• Daily DPR send to accounts department through Whats App (50%) and Excel (100%)
• Daily OEE sheet preparation.
• Planning of new job materials trial before starting the production
• Daily entry of wastage control and shared with the account department
• Daily maintenance of PO files for future reference.
• New joining training
• BRCGS, ISO and Customer Audit Preparations
• Technical know-how of ink, solvent, Anilox rollers etc complete.
Production
• Daily production planning of the job material machine-wise.




• Ensure availability of all required lines of items before running the job through the supervisor
o Film,
o Ink & Solvent
o PVC cores
o Paper tube cores
o Daily consumable items
• Monitoring the setup time of the job and ensure set up time in under the limit.
• Benchmarking of speed for a current setup job.
• Ensure machines are running at the desired speed.
• Ensure the full quantity of the order is produced.
• Monitor the wastage data (setting waste and machine waste) and ensure to minimise.
QC
• Prepare SOP for testing.
• Train QC person.
• Ensure QC test records are kept properly.
• Ensure samples are preserved.
• Ensure all QC equipment is calibrated and functioning as per standard.
• Quality approval as per the criticality of the job.
Maintenance
• Prior planning of the preventative maintenance.
• Arranging the spare parts of machines as per the requirements.
KPI
