Delivery Manager – VLSI

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead and scale large VLSI execution programs across Physical Design, STA, and DFT domains. The role involves owning delivery for multiple So C programs, driving technical excellence, and managing a team of ~60 engineers while ensuring quality, schedule, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end delivery of complex ASIC/So C programs across Physical Design, STA, and DFT.
- Manage and mentor a team of 60+ engineers, including technical leads and managers.
- Drive execution planning, resource allocation, risk management, and delivery metrics.
- Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to ensure schedule and quality commitments are met.
- Provide technical oversight for floorplanning, Pn R, timing closure, DFT implementation, and signoff activities.




- Establish scalable methodologies, review quality metrics, and drive continuous improvements.
- Lead customer reviews, escalation management, and program execution across multiple tape-outs.
Requirements:
- 15–20 years of experience in VLSI design services or product development.
- Strong technical background in Physical Design, STA, and DFT with multiple successful tape-outs.
- Proven experience managing large ODCs/programs comprising 50–70 engineers.
- Deep understanding of advanced nodes (7nm/5nm/3nm), timing closure, low-power methodologies, and signoff flows.
- Experience interacting with global customers and driving delivery excellence.
- Solid leadership, stakeholder management, and team-building skills.
