The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our expanding team. In this role, you will engage with potential clients, generate leads, and help drive our business growth. You’ll play a vital part in the early stages of the sales process, identifying opportunities, building relationships, and setting the stage for our sales team to close deals. Key Responsibilities:
Engage with potential clients,



offering tailored solutions and introducing them to our services.
Generate and qualify leads through proactive outreach, including calls, emails, and social media interactions.
Schedule and conduct initial discovery calls to identify customer needs and pain points.
Manage and update the sales pipeline to ensure efficient tracking of leads and timely follow-ups.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and increase lead conversion rates.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and progress in CRM systems (e.g., Hub Spot, Salesforce).
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
Stay updated on industry trends and our offerings to effectively address client needs.
Provide feedback to improve the overall sales strategy and process.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Proven experience in sales or lead generation, preferably in the B2 B sector.
