We provide smart, seamless application solutions that help Societies, PG owners, hostel managers, and building administrators streamline their day-to-day operations, improve resident communication, and maximize efficiency. We are looking for energetic, driven Lead Generation Interns to help us scale our reach.
Key Responsibilities
· Outbound Outreach: Initiate contact with at least 20 PG owners, hostel managers, and building administrators daily via cold calling and professional messaging.
· Product Advocacy: Introduce the Resident Application, clearly explaining its features, benefits, and the value-add it brings to property management.
· Value Proposition & Comparison:
Conduct comparative discussions showcasing how our digital application optimizes day-to-day operations compared to traditional, manual management methods.
· Lead Pipeline Management: Identify, qualify, and nurture potential leads to build a robust pipeline for the growth team.
REQUIREMENTS;
· You aren't afraid of "Cold" outreach and getting rejected.
· You have good communication skills and can explain ideas simply and persuasively.
· Qualification: Any Graduate
· Solid attention to detail and problem-solving skills
· Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced product environment
· 03 months minimum commitment on a part-time basis
