1. Design & Development
Conceptualize and design collections for Skyria (Activewear) and our two upcoming labels (Office & Everyday wear). Create detailed Tech Packs including construction details, measurement charts, and BOM. 2. Sourcing & Fabric R& D
Hands-on sourcing of technical fabrics (Scuba, Ponte, Interlock, etc.) and trims from local markets and suppliers. Evaluate fabric performance (stretch, recovery, GSM, colorfastness) to ensure it meets our quality standards. 3. Sampling & Production Coordination
Work directly with our in-house cutting and tailoring team to develop initial samples. Conduct fit sessions, identify pattern corrections, and ensure the final "Golden Sample" is production-ready. What We Are Looking For
Experience:
0–3 years (Experience in Activewear/Stretch fabrics is a huge plus). Technical Skills: Understanding of fabric properties and garment construction. The "Founder" Mindset: Since you are the sole designer, you need to be self-managed, organized, and comfortable working in a factory-cum-office environment. What You Can Expect
