About the Role

Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis
Provide in-depth financial analysis, variance reporting, and management information to support strategic decision-making. Monitor financial performance against targets and recommend corrective actions. Accounting & Financial Reporting Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards (Ind AS). Ensure integrity of the general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll accounting, and fixed assets. Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes. AP & AR Process
Oversee the full AP cycle — invoice processing, vendor payments, and reconciliations. Ensure timely and accurate payment to vendors within agreed credit terms and as per underlying agreement / PO. Supervise the AR cycle — billing, collections, cash application, and reconciliation. Supervise time issuance of credit note, Ensure full credit control as per policy of the company. Taxation & Regulatory Compliance
Ensure full compliance with direct tax obligations (Income Tax, TDS,



etc.). Oversee timely filing of all statutory returns and liabilities. Liaise with tax consultants, auditors, and regulatory authorities as required. Audit Management
Coordinate and manage statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits. Ensure timely resolution of audit observations and implementation of recommendations. Maintain a robust internal control framework. Full Implementation of Internal Financial control. MIS & Management Reporting
Design and deliver comprehensive MIS reports for senior management. Develop dashboards and KPI frameworks for financial performance monitoring. Drive data accuracy and reporting automation initiatives. IT Initiative

Drive IT initiative across the finance function for removal of redundant process and for process improvement. Team Leadership & Development
Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance & Accounts team across functions. Establish performance goal
