Qualification: B. Tech./MCA, BCA in Computer Science or equivalent
Experience: 3-6 Years
Location: Gurgaon, India (In office)
Technical Skills:
- Advanced Solidity programming and smart contract development
- Deep understanding of EVM architecture, bytecode, and gas optimization
- Mastery of consensus mechanisms (Po W, Po S, PBFT, etc.) and ability to modify/implement them
- Strong cryptography background including: asymmetric/symmetric encryption, hash functions, digital signatures, zero-knowledge proofs
- Proficiency in Layer 2 scaling solutions (Rollups, State Channels, Plasma)
Security Expertise:
- Smart contract security patterns and common vulnerabilities (reentrancy, overflow/underflow, front-running)
- Formal verification methods and security auditing tools
- Secure key management and wallet implementations
System Design:
- Distributed systems architecture and P2 P networking
- Blockchain data structures and storage optimization
- Performance optimization and scalability solutions
- Cross-chain communication protocols design
Development Tools:
- Hardhat for development environment
- Web3.js/ethers.js/wagmi/viem libraries
- Testing frameworks (Mocha, Chai)
- Version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
Additional Requirements:
- Experience with cross-chain bridges and interoperability protocols
- Understanding of tokenomics and governance mechanisms
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and standards
- Strong documentation and technical writing abilities
