Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced IT Administrator to oversee and optimize enterprise IT infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments. In this role, you will manage Linux servers, VMware virtualization platforms, cloud services, network infrastructure, and cybersecurity systems to ensure high availability, performance, and security. You will play a key role in troubleshooting complex technical issues, supporting business-critical applications, monitoring infrastructure health, analyzing logs, and resolving operational incidents. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong technical expertise, a security-first mindset, and a passion for delivering reliable and scalable IT operations.

Key Responsibilities & Skills:
Strong hands-on experience in Linux server installation, configuration, administration, and troubleshooting across Red Hat, Cent OS, and Ubuntu environments. Strong understanding of Linux fundamentals, system performance tuning, log analysis,



and root cause troubleshooting. Experience with installation, configuration, and administration of servers and services on AWS, Azure, and GCP (hands-on experience in at least two cloud platforms preferred). Hands-on experience with VMware virtualization technologies, including v Motion, DRS, HA, OVA deployments, and administration of enterprise VMware infrastructure. Experience with installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and support of cybersecurity solutions such as: Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR)Data Loss Prevention (DLP)Mobile Device Management (MDM)Firewalls Security Information and Event Management (SIEM)Simulators and other security/IT applications Robust understanding of application logging mechanisms and ability to generate, collect, analyze, and troubleshoot application logs and events..
