Role Description As an Investment Banker, you will play a critical role in helping clients achieve their financial goals through Fund raising, M& A advisory, and strategic financial guidance. The position requires robust analytical, negotiation, and project management skills to manage complex financial transactions. Responsibilities Key responsibilities include: • Providing financial advisory services to clients, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and restructurings. • Developing and managing financial models to evaluate transactions and determine valuation metrics. • Conducting in-depth market research, industry analysis,
and competitor benchmarking to support strategic recommendations. • Identifying potential investors, partners, or acquisition targets and preparing detailed pitch books and presentations. • Managing the end-to-end deal process, including due diligence, documentation, and negotiation support. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless execution of financial transactions. • Staying up-to-date on market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging opportunities in the financial sector.
