About the Role

We are looking for a result-oriented Production Dy. Manager / Production Manager to lead and manage end-to-end manufacturing operations -Production. The role is responsible for delivering excellence across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People (SQDCP) metrics while driving efficiency, productivity, and continuous improvement.

Required experience & qualifications

Experience: 5- 10 Yrs

Qualifications/Specialization: Diploma /BE Mechanical

Key Responsibilities
Drive achievement of production plans and on-time delivery targets Contractual Workforce handling Ensure performance across SQDCP (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, People) parameters Improve productivity, OEE, and overall operational efficiency Optimize manpower, capacity,



and resource utilization Ensure adherence to process compliance and standard work practices Lead continuous improvement, lean initiatives, and cost reduction programs Develop team capability through performance management, coaching, and training Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth, uninterrupted operations Control wastage and drive cost-saving initiatives Interested candidates can apply or share profiles at rashmi.kulkarni@
