Role Description As a Mathematics Online Teacher at Create NLearn, you will teach live, interactive virtual classes to K–12 learners in a small-group setting. You will design and deliver engaging math lessons that incorporate puzzles, real-world applications, and interactive tools to build conceptual understanding and problem-solving skills. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing lesson materials, adapting instruction to different learning levels, assessing student progress,



and providing constructive feedback to learners and families. You will collaborate with the curriculum team to refine content, integrate technology tools, and continuously improve the learning experience. This is a remote contract role, with adaptable scheduling aligned to student demand and time zones.

Qualifications
Strong subject-matter expertise in Mathematics and Mathematics Education. Proven experience in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development for online or classroom-based instruction. Status as a Qualified Teacher, with formal teaching experience in math or a closely related field. Bachelor's degree or higher in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, Education, or a related discipline. Experience teaching or tutoring K–12 students in virtual environments and using online learning platforms.
