About the Role
We are seeking motivated, detail-oriented professionals to join our growing team as Credit Analysts/Loan Writers. This role offers a unique opportunity to work alongside experienced New Zealand financial advisers and gain valuable exposure to international lending and mortgage practices.

* 2 years required (Bond will be there as part of the contract)
Key Responsibilities
* Review and assess client documentation to support residential loan applications.
* Prepare accurate and complete loan application files for submission to lenders.
* Assist financial advisers with managing workflow and client case volumes.
* Ensure compliance with lending regulations, policies, and internal processes.
* Communicate with banks and lenders regarding loan applications and requirements.
* Perform lending calculations, income assessments, servicing calculations, and financial analysis.
* Develop a robust understanding of lender policies, credit criteria, and mortgage products.
* Maintain accurate records and provide administrative support throughout the lending process.
Skills & Requirements
* MBA in Finance or Marketing preferred.
* MUST: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
