Your Role & Impact:
As a consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting and enhancing Workday HCM operations. Your expertise will help solve critical challenges for our clients, ensuring smooth system maintenance,
efficient ticket resolution, and robust end-user support. You'll deliver impactful enhancements, manage security provisioning, and conduct thorough QA testing, all while translating business needs into effective Workday HCM solutions.
What We're Looking For:
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Workday HCM functional roles.
- Certification in Workday HCM or Workday Pro HCM is a must.
- Proven skills in Workday business process configuration, security, and QA/testing.
- A proactive communicator with a knack for problem-solving and attention to detail.
