SN Swift Tours and Travels is a 29-year-old travel agency based in Hyderabad, dedicated to

curating exceptional domestic and international travel experiences for individuals, families, schools,

colleges, and corporate clients. We are passionate about travel and committed to delivering

reliable, personalised, and memorable journeys.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Design, prepare, and refine travel itineraries, tour programmes, and client-facing proposal

documents across all segments - student groups, corporates, individual/family, and fixed

departures.

2. Handle all client communications post-booking, including confirmations, pre-departure

briefings, on-tour support, and post-tour feedback.

3. Manage invoicing, payment follow-ups from clients, and ensure timely disbursements to

vendors and partners.

4. Maintain and update the company's booking tracker, client database, and vendor contact list

using Excel/Google Sheets.

5. Liaise with the Founder daily to report on operations, escalate critical issues, and align on





business priorities.

6. Ensure quality standards are upheld across every tour delivered - proactively identifying and

resolving issues before they impact the client.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

– Graduate degree in any field; a background in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or Business

Administration is preferred.

– Minimum 2 years of experience in travel operations, tour coordination, or a related field.

– Solid organisational and multitasking skills with a sharp eye for detail.

– Excellent verbal and written communication; fluency in Telugu and English is required. Hindi is

an advantage.

– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point) and familiarity with ticketing

and travel booking platforms.

– Calm under pressure, solution-oriented, and committed to delivering a high-quality client

experience.
