Printing Operations Management
Plan, manage, and execute daily printing production schedules as per order requirements. Oversee all printing activities including screen printing, pigment, reactive, discharge, plastisol, rubber, foil, and digital printing. Ensure optimum utilization of printing machines, manpower, and resources. Technical & Process Control
Supervise printing processes such as screen preparation, color matching, strike-offs, and bulk approvals. Ensure adherence to approved artwork, color standards, and buyer specifications. Troubleshoot printing defects and process-related issues. Coordinate with maintenance for preventive and breakdown maintenance of printing machines. Quality Control
Ensure print quality as per buyer standards and approved samples. Control defects such as colour variation, misprint, smudging, pinholes, cracking, and poor adhesion. Work closely with QA/QC teams to reduce rework and rejection. Ensure proper inline and final inspection of printed panels and garments. Manpower & Shift Management
Manage printers, helpers, supervisors, and support staff.



Plan shifts, allocate jobs, and ensure adequate manpower deployment. Train operators on correct printing methods and safety practices. Maintain discipline, attendance, and shop-floor productivity. Material & Inventory Management
Coordinate with stores and sourcing teams for timely availability of inks, screens, chemicals, and consumables. Monitor ink consumption, wastage, and cost control. Ensure proper storage and handling of inks and chemicals. Cost Control, Efficiency & Reporting
Control printing costs through productive material usage and productivity improvement. Improve machine efficiency and throughput. Prepare daily production, rejection, and efficiency reports. Report performance, challenges, and improvement plan to management. Safety & Compliance
Ensure safe handling of inks, chemicals, and solvents. Maintain compliance with buyer standards, environmental norms, and safety regula
