The Vice President – Finance will be responsible for leading the overall finance function, ensuring strong financial controls, business profitability, compliance, working capital management, and strategic financial planning.



The role requires a deep understanding of the freight forwarding and logistics industry and the ability to partner closely with business leaders to drive sustainable growth and operational efficiency.

This position will play a key role in shaping the organization's financial strategy while ensuring robust governance, compliance, and commercial support across all business verticals. Key Responsibilities Strategic Finance Leadership
Lead and oversee the organization's finance and accounting functions. Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business objectives and growth plans. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on financial and commercial matters. Support mergers, acquisitions, business expansions, and strategic initiatives. Financial Planning & Analysis
Drive annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes. Analyze business performance, profitability, and operational efficiency.
