With a strong international presence and growing operations across multiple geographies, we are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to support and strengthen our US finance operations. Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Manager (US Operations) with a US CPA qualification to manage accounting, financial reporting, compliance, budgeting, and financial controls for our US business. The ideal candidate will possess robust knowledge of US accounting standards, taxation, financial analysis, and stakeholder management while working closely with leadership teams across India and the United States.



Key Responsibilities Financial Reporting & Accounting
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with US GAAP. Lead month-end and year-end closing activities. Ensure timely and accurate preparation of management reports and financial analyses. Review journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, and balance sheet schedules. Maintain integrity and accuracy of the General Ledger. Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable Management
Oversee customer invoicing, collections, and revenue recognition processes. Monitor vendor payments and cash flow requirements. Ensure timely reconciliation of customer and vendor accounts. Manage working capital and optimize cash management processes. Compliance & Taxation
Ensure compliance with US federal, state, and local regulatory requirements. Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities. Support corporate tax filings and statutory comp
