Job Description
We are seeking an experienced EAM CMMS Consultant with strong expertise in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). The ideal candidate will support maintenance and asset management processes, collaborate with business and plant stakeholders, and drive successful implementation, support, and optimization of EAM/CMMS solutions.
The role requires a solid understanding of maintenance operations, asset lifecycle management, work management processes, preventive maintenance strategies, and enterprise integrations within manufacturing or industrial environments.
Key Responsibilities
Support and manage EAM/CMMS processes related to maintenance and asset management.
Collaborate with business users, plant operations teams, maintenance teams, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and understand operational workflows.




Support asset master data management, equipment hierarchies, work orders, preventive maintenance, inspections, and maintenance planning activities.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve functional, process, and system-related issues within the EAM/CMMS platform.
Participate in system implementation, enhancement, migration, deployment, and maintenance transformation initiatives.
Support cutover planning, production validation, deployment activities, and post-go-live stabilization.
Coordinate with integration teams to support interfaces between EAM/CMMS and enterprise applications such as ERP, MES, SCADA, Io T, and reporting systems.
Prepare and maintain business process documentation, SOPs, user guides, training materials, and knowledge transfer documentation.
Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to business users.
