Engineering at Ai Sensy runs as multiple product squads — Agents, Ads, Messaging, Mobile, Partner, Billing, Internal Tools, and Infra — shipping in parallel. As we scale, we need someone who owns the rhythm of how we ship: turning priorities into well-scoped, owned work, keeping every squad's delivery predictable, and making sure dependencies between teams don't quietly become bottlenec
ks. This is a high-ownership,



high-visibility role. You'll be the connective tissue across engineering — the person who makes sure the right things get built, on time, with clarity — so founders and engineering leads can focus on direction instead of day-to-day coordinati
