What You'll Be Working On
• Building order matching engines capable of processing 100 K+ transactions per second
• Developing Order Management Systems (OMS) supporting advanced trading workflows
• Designing secure wallet and custody infrastructure with multi-signature transaction handling
• Building real-time risk, margin, and liquidation systems for financial products
• Architecting event-driven systems using Kafka and modern distributed architectures
• Developing institutional-grade APIs, Web Socket market data feeds, and trading services
• Creating highly available infrastructure designed for 99.99% uptime and operational resilience
• Strengthening observability, monitoring, security,



and compliance across mission-critical systems
What We're Looking For
• 2+ years of Backend Development experience
• Strong expertise in Node.js and/or Rust
• Experience building scalable, high-throughput backend systems
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and messaging platforms
• Hands-on experience with Postgre SQL, Kafka, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Strong understanding of performance optimization, reliability engineering, and system design
• Knowledge of cryptography, secure transaction processing, and backend security principles
Preferred Experience
• Fin Tech, Trading Platforms, Payment Systems, Crypto Exchanges, or Financial Infrastructure
• Blockchain technologies, EVM ecosystems, node infrastructure, or digital asset platforms
• Building systems that operate at scale with stringent performance requirements
