Role Description
As an Admissions Counselor, you will interact with prospective students, understand their educational goals, and guide them toward suitable online or distance learning programs.
The role requires solid communication skills, consistent follow-ups, professional counseling abilities, and a student-centric approach to ensure a smooth and positive admission experience.
Key Responsibilities
Telephonic Counselling
- Connect with prospective students through calls and follow-ups.
- Explain program details, eligibility criteria, fee structures, career outcomes, and admission procedures.
- Counsel students regarding suitable courses based on their academic background and career goals.
- Resolve student queries professionally and accurately.
Lead Conversion
- Follow up with inquiries generated through different marketing chan
