Job Title: E-commerce Growth Executive

Job Summary:
The E-commerce Growth Executive will own and grow In Body India's D2 C and marketplace business for the In Body Dial product line. The role drives online sales through marketplace management, digital campaigns, affiliate partnerships, and data-driven growth initiatives
Key Responsibilities:
E-commerce Channel Management
- Manage and grow sales across Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, and other online marketplaces.
- Identify and develop recent e-commerce and marketplace opportunities to expand In Body India's online presence.
- Maintain product listings, pricing, inventory, and overall channel performance.
- Monitor customer reviews, ratings, and marketplace account health.
- Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Sales Growth & Marketplace Management
- Take ownership of sales targets, revenue growth, and overall business performance of the In Body Dial product line.
- Plan and execute promotions, product launches,



and seasonal campaigns.
- Analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Work closely with the marketing team to improve conversion and online sales performance.
Affiliate & Influencer Marketing
- Lead affiliate and influencer marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and sales.
- Identify, recruit, and manage influencers, affiliates, and content creators.
- Coordinate collaboration agreements, contracts, campaign execution, and performance tracking.
- Build long-term partnerships and evaluate campaign ROI.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track sales, traffic, conversion, and campaign performance metrics.
- Prepare regular reports and provide actionable insights to improve business performance
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in E-commerce, Marketplace Manag
