Role Overview:
Location - CST (Fort), Mumbai
Type- Full-Time, WFO
CTC- ₹8–10 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
- Amazon/Flipkart/Nykaa settlement reconciliation, returns accounting, TCS reconciliation, marketplace commission tracking, advertising spend accounting
- Handle platform-wise reconciliation for Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart, and other online marketplaces
- Track customer/platform payments, deductions, claims, returns, and settlements
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation of sales, receivables, and payment reports
- Coordinate with internal Finance, Operations, and Marketplace teams for payment discrepancies and resolution
- Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up for timely collections and closures
- Maintain accurate records of invoices, settlements, debit notes, credit notes, and deductions
- Analyze reconciliation mismatches and ensure timely resolution of platform-related issues
- Prepare MIS reports related to AR, collections, pending payments, aging reports, and reconciliation status




- Ensure proper accounting and documentation as per company processes and timelines
- Support month-end closing activities and reporting requirements
Qualifications: B. Com, 3–5 years, must have prior marketplace reconciliation experience (this is a genuinely specialized skill)
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable & Collections
- Hands-on experience in E-commerce reconciliation
- Good understanding of Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart seller/payment processes in D2 C E-commerce industry preferred
- Strong Excel & reporting skills
- Good analytical and coordination abilities.
