Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Spa Therapist role based at Shangri-La Bengaluru. The Spa Therapist is responsible for delivering a wide range of professional spa treatments, including massages, facials, body therapies, in line with brand standards and hygiene guidelines. The role includes welcoming guests, conducting consultations to identify individual needs, and recommending appropriate treatments and home-care products. The Spa Therapist will maintain treatment rooms and spa areas to a high standard of cleanliness and readiness, manage appointment schedules, and ensure accurate recording of services. The role also involves promoting spa services, collaborating with colleagues to deliver a seamless guest experience, and adhering to all health, safety, and wellness protocols.

Qualifications
Proficiency in spa treatments, including massages and body therapies, with strong skills in Spa Treatments and Cosmetology.



Demonstrated expertise in skin and facial care, including Facials and related skincare techniques. Experience in nail and foot care services, including Pedicures and basic manicure treatments. Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to create a welcoming, respectful, and inclusive spa environment. Relevant certification or diploma in spa therapy, cosmetology, or wellness therapy from a recognized institution. Good understanding of hygiene, sanitation, and health and safety practices in a spa or wellness setting. Ability to communicate clearly in English; additional local or foreign languages are an advantage. Previous experience in a luxury hotel, resort, or high-end spa is preferred. Professional appearance, reliability, and the ability to work versatile shifts, including weekends and holidays.
