Support configuration, testing, data loads (EIB), and cutover activities on live projects and BAU. Develop reports and dashboards; participate in calculated fields and advanced reporting development. Support the management of external worker accounts for strategic projects across the KION Group. Assist with requirements gathering, process design workshops, and stakeholder communication. Contribute to cross-functional project workstreams and rotations (Recruiting, Compensation, Performance, Payroll interfaces, Prism, Adaptive Planning, Extend). Troubleshoot incidents, respond to Service Now/JIRA tickets, and support continuous improvement. Participate in formal training, milestone reviews and certification preparation; present findings to stakeholders. Document configuration, test cases, and deliverables; follow KION governance and security standards. Support our Test Manager in testing related activities on projects and BAU. Year 1 — Foundation: Core HCM, business processes, security basics, reporting, supervised project tasks. Year 2 — Specialization:

Year 3 — Advanced & leadership: Advanced modules (Extend, Skills Cloud), lead small workstreams, prepare for and obtain Workday skilled certifications. Required qualifications / profile
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). Strong interest in HR technology and Workday (or similar HCM systems); motivated to pursue Workday certifications. Analytical mindset, attention to detail, problem-solving orientation. Fluency in English (written & verbal) and ability to engage stakeholders. Team player with an eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-changing environment. Nice-to-have
